House for Sale in France

I like to contemplate life's next turn of events whilst surveying the gorgeous panoramic vista from Le Chateau and partaking of some light refreshment. Usually one of the excellent local wines from the Languedoc region.

This week has however found me crouched feverishly over the keyboard and waving aside all those other necessary tasks that fill one's days. Stoically ignoring the enticing sunshine and soireés I vigorously set to executing my grand plan.

It would be indiscreet of me to report the interest shown but I'm feeling rather pleased with my labour of love.

Time to collapse.

Honestly, my Broadband goes walkabout for two weeks and now, dear heart, so do you! The chateau looks absolutely ravishing; you deserve huge congratulations for all your hard work. Good luck with the sale - like everyone else I'm fascinated to see where you go next.

What a magnificent chateau. I've just shown my husband the photos and told him that I absolutely need it. Unfortunately, unless we win the lottery tout suite I shan't be getting my wish.

Your photos are breathtaking.

VASTLY underpriced, dearest......though probably right for a swift sale.....someone will be getting a jolly good deal. Where to next, I wonder?

Sally at that price it sounds like a snip. Are you sure you aren't setting it too low? A lovely house and income...just think of all the goodwill that goes with it.
I'm on tenterhooks. When will you tell us about 'the next instalment'? Will it still be in France? VLiF

Thanks for stopping by my blog. I absolutely adore your beautiful chateau, and have instructed Milla to sell the dog and children post haste so that we can move, bag and baggage, this weekend. Seriously, good luck with the sale.
Sally, you must be so sad to be leaving your beautiful home. France is a wonderful and welcoming country and the region in which you live is stunning! I know how fond of it you are. Debs x
Sally, Debs tells me you are on the market, so sad, I've always loved your place and all of those evenings chewing the fat and enjoying the wine. We have some people staying with us for the next couple of weeks, they have sold in the UK and are looking for a place just like yours. Would you like us to bring them over to you? They are cash buyers and are keen to be in before the end of summer. Bob

is that you, chuck, all long haired, choke: BLONDE and gorgeous? and is now the time to say that it took 2 years to sell our house last time?? Ah, but it wasn't a chateau you remind me. Ah, then, I am silenced (temporarily)! Good luck ole sausage although have gone severely off you if you ARE blonde, to boot, you're meant to be dark! Comme moi.

Now THAT, Madam, is a stunning piece of marketing! Truly fabulous. If you're not sold in a week, I'll eat my chapeau. Now have to go back and look again as a) missed this bargain price and
b) missed the pic of you all blonde and beautiful (I always had you down as blonde btw).

as having visited this truly magnifique property last year, this place is, well F.A.B. close to the mountains 4 skiing, close to the historic walled city of carcassonne, within walking distance of splendid vineyards and an easy drive to the sun lapped shores of the Mediterranean! This place is a BARGAIN, so love dangerously, if you feel a novel in you this IS the place to be, quick b4 someone gets there 1st!!
